Next electoral cycle to be challenging for Trudeau because of the big ramp up in spending: Schamotta

Karl Schamotta, chief market strategist at Corpay, joins BNN Bloomberg for his view on Canada's economic outlook. Schamotta says the market is overly convinced the is now on the sidelines.
