Madrid, 18 February 2026 – Fundación Real Madrid and Corpay have announced their collaboration to support the Foundation’s social sports programs in India and Spain, with the shared goal of fostering social inclusion and the holistic development of children living in vulnerable environments.

In Trichy (Tamil Nadu, India), Corpay will contribute to the development of the six social sports schools that Fundación Real Madrid has been running since the 2012–2013 season in partnership with the Fundación Esperanza y Alegría and the local organisation TMSSS. These programs currently benefit 600 boys and girls aged 12 to 15, offering football training, academic support, educational guidance, and health and nutrition initiatives. Notably, 30% of the participants are girls, a significant achievement in a context where access to sport for girls and young women remains limited.

During the presentation event, Emilio Butragueño, Real Madrid’s Director of Institutional Relations, highlighted the value of this partnership: “Thanks to this support, we will continue transforming lives and demonstrating that sport is an educational tool capable of creating opportunities where none existed before.”

“Corpay is honored to partner with Fundación Real Madrid in advancing this impactful social sports initiative,” said Brad Loder, Chief Marketing Officer, Corpay Cross-Border Solutions. “Together, we are supporting a program dedicated to promoting inclusion and empowering children in vulnerable communities across India and Spain through sport, education, and holistic development.”

The agreement also includes support for the Sensory School for children with visual disabilities, a pioneering initiative by Fundación Real Madrid in Spain now entering its second season. This project provides adapted, high‑quality sports activities for children and young people with visual impairments, promoting autonomy, self‑esteem, social inclusion, and emotional well‑being through specifically designed materials and adapted environments.

With this alliance, Fundación Real Madrid and Corpay reinforce their commitment to using sport as a tool for social transformation, creating new opportunities for children and young people in vulnerable contexts both in India and Spain.
