As announced in the December issue of e-Notes, we have started the process of upgrading our phone system.
You may have noticed changes in our recordings, menu selections and “on hold” music.
The main phone and fax numbers for all locations and all employee extensions will remain the same.
In order to ensure you reach the appropriate person, please use the main branch phone and fax numbers (below) and your call will be routed correctly. If you have an urgent need and cannot reach your branch, please contact another branch for assistance. You may also contact us through the Customer Inquiry form on our web site, and your request will be routed to the correct person.
We are excited that our new phone system will provide higher quality sound and new features that will allow us to serve you better!
