Licensed Insurance Agent
Description:
Corporate Insurance Solutions is actively seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team! Our ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and desire to work in a dynamic agency that is constantly growing!
Job Duties:
- Assist with retention and new business marketing of Workers’ Compensation and Property/Casualty book of small commercial accounts
- Maintain and update computer data base and records
- Address customer inquiries regarding their insurance coverage including Workers Compensation audits
- Process insurance applications, endorsements, binders, quotes, rating, etc.
- and other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in a property or casualty insurance agency
- Posses an active GA Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Working knowledge of Commercial Insurance (Contractors, Manufacturers, BOPs, Workers Compensation, Retail, Management Liability, Errors and Omissions, Excess and Surplus)
- Familiarity with insurance industry software (AMS 360) is preferred
- Working knowledge of marketing process and online quoting software of insurance carriers (including but not limited to The Hartford, Travelers, CNA, Guard, AmTrust)
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Demonstrates outstanding levels of service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills
