SEP IRA means Simplified Employee Pension Individual Retirement Account. Offering a retirement plan can make it easier to attract and retain valuable employees. This plan allows employees to contribute to an IRA directly or through payroll deduction and the employer to make discretionary contributions as well. Employer contributions are not mandatory, but if made, they must be made to all eligible employees on the same basis. It is the most flexible way to provide a plan to your employees with no complicated forms to fill out, and no annual reports for you to file with the IRS.

Corporate Payroll Services has added Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans to the services it will offer its clients. We utilize several vendors to make sure you get the right product for your needs.

The high end plans offer retirement plan participants convenient access to savings planning and investment management that�s integrated within the Defined Contribution sign-up process and the option to delegate management of their account to an investment advisor acting in a fiduciary capacity.

We also offer a standard, less robust, plan that allows plan sponsors to minimize costs and still offer employees a reliable and effective retirement savings vehicle.
