In addition to 2+ years experience in management, our ideal candidate will have excellent planning and organization skills, well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, effective negotiation skills, some experience in accounting and general administrative duties is needed as well. Prior payroll experience is a must. We will only interview candidates with payroll experience and knowledge.

This position reports to the President of the company. Our ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, have at least a basic understanding of payroll and will have an outgoing personality appropriate for a senior management level employee. In addition, they will have an understanding of financial statements and a willingness to learn new systems. At least 5 years of management experience is required. CPA or MBA candidates are preferred.
